At Char-Griller, we stand behind the quality of our grills and smokers; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the grill if necessary and pack all components into the original manufacturer's box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to confirm it is in new, resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
